Join us for this CLE Webinar presented by Alex Pron and Heather Tullar, moderated by AAML Fellow, Sean Gaynor.
This course, co-offered by Crossover Capital and Valuation Research Corporation (VRC), delves into complicated topics that AAML attorneys are running across more frequently in recent years: crypto assets and carried interest.
Alex Pron from Crossover Capital will highlight their crypto resources geared specifically to family law attorneys dealing with crypto assets in divorce. We’ll examine bitcoin as a long-term store of value asset, pushing back on the narrative that bitcoin’s valuation is “speculative.”
Heather Tullar of VRC will then review the private equity landscape and the concept of carried interest. We’ll review a case study to help conceptualize the various moving parts. We’ll also review pertinent case law to help prepare you for your next carried interest divorce case.
